Have not been active on this page much. Going to go back to being consistent on what is going on with my fitness journey. Currently loving the lifestyle of lifting. From trying to lose weight to growing bigger areas on my body to getting stronger has been such a great ride. Getting stronger, watching myself grow, and seeing great muscle definition is definitely what I am loving the most!
