Welcome to “Fit with Chi”

Hello my name is Chidera, "Chi" is short for Chidera. The background behind this blog is that the month of September 2019 I started to take health and fitness more seriously. Fall of 2019 I was currently entering my first semester of college. Before beginning the semester I would catch myself replacing my stress and anxiety with binge eating and not doing anything about it; then gradually becoming lazy with myself and continued to do so until the end of September I decided to stop. When I started my fitness journey it started with me loosing weight. While in the process I started posting results and a good amount of people were asking me what I was doing.So now a year and a half later in my fitness journey I have decided to place it on a platform for anyone who plans on starting their journey as well, to get access to workouts I did and meals I made, as well as tips I followed on the way. I created this site hoping that it can at least motivate one person. I will be posting as much as possible, enjoy!!
