Tips for those dealing with mental health
Sometimes we as people go through different roads of life that may affect our mental health. It's always important to always move. I say this as even though your mind is not where you want it to be, it's important to still move your body. Taking a 20-30 minute walk can be so effective, stretching before and after going to bed, sitting outside with your feet on the ground. These are a few tips out of hundreds that can be involed in your daily life style to help improve your mind while taking care of your body.
Sometimes eating is hard for others as well, always remember to stay hydrated and get your meals in as much as possible.
